@p8760430_Mariadaisy : Do not simply wait for weight loss to happen. If you want to lose weight, act on it everyday by following your recommended meals daily, staying away from sweet and fatty food, and being active physically. Participate and take action!

Looking forward for a change in figure but certainly waiting for it to happen patiently.this is a big challenge since from my other diet there is no coaching and motivational ways, I am on my own, it did not last long.in this diet I gave my all.

I'm on week 4 and so far I've lost 8lbs. My husband is impressed at how I can eat so much while my midriff shrinks, my energy levels have stabilized, and best of all, my asthma attacks have decreased a lot. :-q Fighting!

@ ey2david: The 900 kcal will definitely make you lose more simply because it is restricted. What we want to avoid here is to severely restrict you for a long time because a.) your weight will soon plateau if your body becomes very accustomed to it already b.) it will do more harm than good because there is a greater possibility of weight rebound when you get back on a normal diet c.) lack of nutrients will make you unhealthy.

The way you should go is to follow 1200 or 1400 kcal and lose the weight gradually but consistently.

I didn't lose any on my third week simply because I deviated from the meal plans as I got plain lazy in preparing separate meals... i'm doing the 900kcal though the recommendation is at 1,200 kcal... should I follow the latter? I have reservations because the 900kcal worked well for me on my first 2 weeks which allowed me to lose some 11 lbs (6 lbs on Week 1 and 5 on Week 2)...

;) Hi everyone, I cannot believe I lost 5 lbs in just one week. :D ;) I diligently follow the menu for one week, No cheating!!!. Just one cracker in the first day coz I got hungry in the afternoon. I have the support of my husband shares the menu with me, and the support of my nanny who untiringly find the ingredients for me in the grocery and cook them for me. I am really blessed!!! Thanks Cohen for the delicious and wonderful meals. :P
