10,000 Steps is equivalent to 1 hour and 20 minutes. That's walking in the mall, trying some outfits from store to store :)

do you have an estimate on around how many minutes should I walk outside to get that 10,000 steps? I couldn't find a decent pedometer at the mall :(

@lovesushi: Pedometers are available at any sporting stores. Our specific brand of pedometer, the Fitbug, is a step counter device wherein you can upload the total number of steps you took in your personal account. But, as of now, we still do not have this product shipped to the Philippines. We will most probably have the Fitbug by next year.

As of now, our Step Graph is not compatible with other pedometer devices other than Fitbug. But you may definitely buy another brand, just make sure you target Dr. Cohen's suggested number of steps which is 10,000 a day.

@arlyn: To make yourself more efficient to burn calories, aerobic exercises such as swimming, jogging, brisk walking and cycling are your best bet. 30 minutes of any of these exercises three times a week is enough. Just be careful not to overexert yourself.

Hi! Is it enough to just follow your meal plan even without exercise or do I have to exercise daily? Because I feel so tired. :( :( :( :( Thanks! :(( :((
