substitute for non-fat yogurt

i don't eat yogurt..what can i substitute for it |

Yakult is allowed? Yay! :) I find yogurt expensive...

Ayee, just curious, why can't you eat yogurt? Are you lactose-intolerant (or does it cause you other digestive problems), or you're not fond of the sour taste?
If it's more of a taste issue, you can try Greek yogurt instead; it's slightly less sour. =)

Hi Irish!
You may have the regular creamy yogurt with fresh fruit slices. You may also have acidophilus milk like yakult as a substitute.

0% fat yogurt drink like that of Nestle and Dutch mill can also be a substitute. ;)
