0% fat yogurt drink like that of Nestle and Dutch mill can also be a substitute. ;)

Yakult is allowed? Yay! :) I find yogurt expensive...

Ayee, just curious, why can't you eat yogurt? Are you lactose-intolerant (or does it cause you other digestive problems), or you're not fond of the sour taste?

If it's more of a taste issue, you can try Greek yogurt instead; it's slightly less sour. =)

Hi Irish!

You may have the regular creamy yogurt with fresh fruit slices. You may also have acidophilus milk like yakult as a substitute.

Irish, I encourage you to take advantage of the Personal Questions Tools and ask us any diet concerns that you may have. I'll look forward to your questions :)
