Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen does not require you to do strenuous sports and exercises, but if you wish to do so, you may. Just be careful not to overexert yourself since you are already in a low-calorie program. He recommends aerobic exercises such as swimming, jogging, brisk walking and cycling for 30 minutes three times a week. Better if you reach a total of 10, 000 steps a day.
You can also take a look at the 'Week 17 - Monday's Session: Where Do You Want to Lose Weight?' where he includes simple exercises that target common problem areas.
