what would be the least evil of all the chips (chichirya) available in the supermarket?

are baked potato chips lesser evil? how about cassava chips?

Quaker oats biscuit is okay. You can have 1 pack to replace your rice serving from your regular meal. Skyflakes is not really recommended, however you may have half serving of the whole wheat variety. Same food replacement. I recommend snacking on plain roasted nuts as snack alternative.

What other crackers/ biscuits are ok? I reslly need those since it takes me about 2 hours to reach school from home? Those quaker oats biscuits, are they ok? :^>
Thought skyflakes were okay :-S

@marian_zuno: uh oh, those are really high in fat and salt. What you can do is to eat a handful of your favorite chips, the one that you really really like, and then replace it for your rice or bread serving in one of your meals. You can do this once a week. :-q

Is nova wheat chips, local banana chips and skyflakes fit okay to replace my craving for chips?.. Its just that I really want to snack with something crunchy.. O:-)

I personally don't like the taste and texture of baked potato chips, so I just go for kettle-cooked chips, which usually have no additives and preservatives (just potatoes, salt, and oil)...I just eat a handful to satisfy my craving. :)

Baked potato chips with less salt. Replace 1 starch serving from lunch or dinner meal when eating small handful (about 12 pcs chips). ;)
