quite confused on the meal plan measurement.. example 2 slices (45 g) whole wheat bread.. is the 45g a total of the two slices or 1 slice (45g) each?

How do we weight the chicken with the bone (like for the
Legs or thigh) and fish with the head?
Still a bit confused

Hi auringjeremillo: What kind of chocolate is it - dark, milky, or with other add-on such as fruits, caramel, toffee etc? It would be best to check the nutrition facts of the product too. Basically, 2-3 squares (15-25 grams) dark chocolate = 1 dairy portion. This means you can omit your suggested dairy portion for a meal (for example 1/2 cup yogurt) and consume 2-3 squares dark chocolate instead.

I just surpassed my 3rd day of the program and only to find out that I do not have enough groceries. I just followed the measurements on the grocery list and it seems like it's not accurate. Sample: I am in the 1400kcal Colopathy program, i lack groceries like tomatoes, egg plant and ground pork. Appreciate if you can reconcile your grocery list with the meal plan. Because of this I have to go to the supermarket again :-bd

Hi seejayben,

2 slices of whole wheat bread = 45 grams or 1 small bar of detergent soap = 1 slice bread

;)
