on track

by ribarch (las pinas) Posted on 02/26/2013 9:21 pm

when i saw the program i thought it was a lot of bull but i will give it a try. i was apprehensive about the quantity of food and asked myself will these be sufficient to get me through to the next meal. i followed it, avoided temptations, like when m asked out to dinner, i would say that i have to be home early, etc., my wife gave away the desserts on the ref becoz its been 2 weeks that i have not touched any,. lo and behold, i lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks with a bit of cheating. i know that its a long way to go and the initial results though encouraging will taper down as my body gets use to the regimen but m happy to be on track.

Great news @ribarch! Did you manage to squeeze in exercise in those 3 weeks? What's your goal? :)
