Can I use coco sugar in my coffee instead? |

Yes you may. Coco sugar has a low glycemic index which is beneficial for people who wants to control their blood sugar level. It also has essential minerals which white sugar lacks. However, unlike stevia and artificial sugars, 1 teaspoon of coco sugar will still have the same caloric count as that of white sugar (15-20 calories). This additional calories will be counted on top of your suggested meal's computed calories. That is why it is best to still limit it's consumption to 1-2 teaspoon per cup of coffee only. :-q
