Switch breakfast to dinner

by lontoklea () Posted on 04/01/2014 6:04 am

Why is the meal plan structured in a way that breakfast appears to be lighter than dinner? This is contrary to the saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Will it affect the diet if I will switch the breakfast meal plan to dinner and vice versa? Thank you.

@ Lea: Breakfast being the most important meal of the day doesn't necessarily mean it has to be the heaviest. The program was designed because in our experience, many people can't take too much food upon waking up. But the beauty of the Bon Appétit Diet is that it is flexible, so go ahead and switch dinner and breakfast if you prefer it. :)

@ Trinidad: Most of what you're doing is OK, except when you skip 1 meal. But please talk to Charmaine through the Personal Questions tool so she can also tell for sure if it's OK for you to skip meals.
