@ betsyfab: It's true, dining out often is a usual cause of weight gain. What you're doing are exactly winning steps. :-q Good luck!

Since i have been dining out a lot, i noticed that it's one of the culprits of my weight gain. So to solve this problem, i learned to prepare my own meals when i go to the gym. I would just grill a fish or chicken, then wherever my hubby would dine, i would just order either a salad or side dish of cooked veggies and half cup of rice. For my snacks when i'm out, i usually have 5 pcs pitted prunes which is less than 100kcal or 1 boiled egg white which i find filling.
