Endorphins, also called the happy hormones, does it work in giving you a dose of feeling high when you exercise. It makes you feel good about yourself and helps stop food cravings. The next time you feel like craving for something. Take a walk and you'll get to pass that desire to munch on something that will ruin your diet. Good advice Larrni! Cravings usually hit me in the office (I don't know why).
When I find that when I am craving for something, I usually drink a glass of water or tea. Or I go stand up and talk to someone. That little break is sometimes enough to satiate my food craving!
