Journal or Blog? What's the Difference?

Hello, You may see that you have both a WEIGHT LOSS JOURNAL and a BLOG. The main difference is that the journal is PRIVATE, while the blog is PUBLIC. You are encouraged to enter your personal thoughts about your experiences with the program in your journal...you'll also need to enter your daily food and water intake. Dr. Cohen and his team will be able to read and encourage you in your journal, but your friends and the other users of the Bon Appétit Diet can't. On the other hand, if you'd like to post something that you'd like to share with the rest of the community, you can use the blog. |

Yes I agree with you, Laarni! Plus, using your weight loss journal daily will help you be more conscious and mindful with what you eat. That's a proactive step towards a healthier lifestyle! :D
