Obesophobia

Obesophobia, defined as the extreme fear of gaining weight is now becoming a trend to most dieters especially to those who from being an obese managed to be on the normal range. It isn't healthy having this fear because you will most likely turn to be anorexic and/or bulimic. Share your own struggles and fears with gaining weight and let us help you overcome those. :) |

From experience I can say that successful dieting requires an obsessive compulsive attitude. Having more than the normal dosage of vanity and an insane need to loose those pounds really helps. We are all here to give each other that support so Im here as well for anybody needing help:)
