It seems that the menu you gave us contain all the calories intended for me for the whole day. Does it mean that I am only entitled to three square meals a day. How about my snacks or merienda?

Hi, muneek, 900 kcal is only recommended for two days, to recover after a big cheat day. It's not advisable to follow this in the long term, because it won't optimize your metabolism. Please don't be afraid of calories! Your body needs energy to function!

Depending on your height, weight, age, and activities, you may need anywhere from 1,200 calories to even 2,000 calories a day.

The apple is fine, but not the chicharon. =)

If you like, switch up to the 1200 kcal plans. Take the fruit and/or dairy that's listed in breakfast/lunch, then reserve those for your snacks. =)
