Milk tea or frozen yogurt?
by laarni (Calamba), Team Member | Posted on 04/04/2012 9:23 am | |
Hello everyone! What's more fun and yummy treat to cool down under the heat of summer than milk teas and frozen yogurts. I like both and I enjoy having it than any other desserts. How about you? Are you a fan also? What do you usually order? What's the sweetness level by the way? :) |

This may be a little off from the topic, but is YAKULT okay? I normally have it once a day because I am prone to constipation due to stress and other factors.

Is the plain 98% fat free yogurt of White Hat acceptable? I like its taste compared to the commercially available yogurt sold in the supermarket :)

The smallest size milk tea with 0% sugar or 25% is okay. Replace 1/2 cup of rice f you are having milk tea.
For froyo, replace for 1 dairy serving
