Milk tea or frozen yogurt?
by laarni (Calamba), Team Member | Posted on 04/04/2012 9:23 am | |
Hello everyone! What's more fun and yummy treat to cool down under the heat of summer than milk teas and frozen yogurts. I like both and I enjoy having it than any other desserts. How about you? Are you a fan also? What do you usually order? What's the sweetness level by the way? :) |

Wow. I'm a fan of milk tea too. Is milk tea a recommended snack?
I used to love white hat for froyo but I think they changed their recipe. So for now, Red Mango tops my list as my favorite frozen yogurt. I tried nestle's plain yogurt before from the grocery but couldn't bring myself to finish it. =((

Hi,
Guilt-free? Hmmm... I don't think so. There might be hidden fats and sugar in there. Plain nonfat yogurt with fresh fruits on tops is the way to go! :-q

Hi. Should I trade a regular sized milk tea low fat 25% sugar with 1 dairy?

I'm a fan of ChaTime's Pearl Milk Tea - normal sugar level. I've also just discovered that Tokyo-Tokyo's Hokkaido Caramel tea is close to that one. And when at home or in the office I make my own version of hot milk tea - Lipton + a teaspoon of creamer. No need to add sugar. :)
