My favorite food... is it allowed in my diet?

I love chips and with The Bon Appetit Diet, I'm allowed to eat it occasionally in moderation. I can just replace it with my 1 starch serving to balance my intake.

That way, I'm not deprived and I am able to overcome my food cravings.

What about you? What are your favorite foods?

i love to drink green tea rock salt and cheese by happy lemon, 50% sugar! mr kebab's beef keema with lotsa yogurt and hot sauce :) sarap kumain!! :)) >:)

I think this is the best part about THe Bon Appetit Diet. It's flexible and it teaches us how to eat in moderation. :) I've now learned to eat a handful of whatever it is im craving for to help me keep things in check.

@ david: those sweets can be allowed in your diet provided one a week.
Chocolates: go for dark chocolate (at least 70% cacao)
leche flan: 2 tbsp is enough and should replace your 1 dairy serving
cheesecakes: 1 thin slice and should replace your starch serving
coffe jelly frap: ask for equal as sweetener and please no added cream :-q

I love to eat chocolate cakes, chocolate bars, leche flan and cheesecakes... I also used to frequent Starbucks for their coffee jelly frap :(
