what time should i have my breakfast and dinner / last meal of the day?
ideal time to go to bed?
should i continue taking C-Lium prior to breakfast and Kancura tea before retiring to bed?

Kankura is a slimming tea and has substances that are not really healthy for you. It may also have unfavorable side effects like palpitations and dehydration. Taking diet pills is a BIG no-no. You will naturally lose weight healthily with the Bon Appetit Diet, even more when complemented with the right kind and duration of exercise.

thanks for that.. btw, why not Kancura? also is taking diet pills OK while doing workouts and Bon App. diet at the same time?

For both your meal times and sleeping times, it really depends on your lifestyle. =)
But for sleep, it's really best to get 6-8 hours.
C-Lium, yes; Kankura, no.
