Hi! i love bananas, and i noticed that this week the fruits in my shopping list are more of apples and oranges. Is it ok if replace the apples with bananas? plus bananas are more cheaper. :) I general, is it ok to replace the fruits in my shopping list with the fruits that i like or available in the supermarket? thanks! :) |

Hi Carina,
You answered your question already :) You can of course replace the recommended fruits in your meal plans with fruits you prefer. 1 pc banana latundan = 1/2 pc banana lakatan = 1 fruit portion :-q

Hi Dave!
I answered you already on your personal question tool :)
For the skim milk, you can switch to plain low fat soy milk, or calcium fortified vegetable juice as replacements :)
