@iamrain: yes, it does :) skyflakes with cottage cheese is yummy too :-q

for fruit yogurt, go for 0% fat ones. The regular ones are really too sweet and high in calories

Thanks, Charmaine! I was using the wrong portioning haha! While it does have a very plain taste, mixing it with fruit (apple, banana or pear) makes it taste pretty good. The normal Nestle fruit yogurt cups are too sweet for me. :-S

1 serving skyflakes = 3 pcs crakers = 1/2 cup rice that you should substitute if you are going to have it

@iamrain: It's actually better to buy in bulk cause it's cheaper. A serving of yogurt is actually 125 g, so divide 1 container into 4 equal servings :)

@kitchencraft: Yes, you can have the nestle yogurt drink with 0% fat.

Is it ok to have the nestle yogurt drink 0% instead ?

Hi! I too opted to get the Nestle creamy yogurt (500g) for week 1. As I don't have a measuring cup, I'm eyeballing the portion. Is 1 cup equivalent to a third of the whole container? :P

@Mai: Nestle creamy yogurt is okay. It is actually considered a low fat yogurt. You can also have the 0% fat fruit-flavored yogurt, as jaqhui mentioned :)

I think Nestle creamy yogurt has fat content. I think 0% fat fruit yogurt will do.
