Hi! I just want to ask if it's okay to use olive oil for pan-frying or sauteing veggies? I don't have access to a grill or oven and I'm not a fan of boiled or steamed food.:( Thanks! |

Yes, you may use olive oil or canola oil for pan-frying. Using cooking sprays on a non-stick pan is best to use. Please use pan-frying minimally. Stir-fried veggies is also okay.
