Can I substitute croissants for rice?

I was wondering if I could substitute other kinds of bread such as croissants, bagels, baguettes and others for rice since they're not written on the food equivalence page :) |

Yes, you can, just don't make a habit of it, specially with croissants (butter!) and bagels (unless you only eat 1/4 or 1/2). :) I would think baguettes are the safest of them. Our dietitians can better brief us on the proper portion sizes, or you can also ask them through the Personal Questions tool.
Rice is still a better source of fiber and nutrients than bread. :)
