Saute process in recipes

If the menu calls for me to saute the veggies, does it mean I need to put a little oil and garlic, like for sauteed green beans and young corn (Day 2 dinner)? |

@OCHOA: For sauteed dishes, you can put about not more than 1 tsp of oil for cooking. You can also put garlic as it won't contribute any calories in your dish.
