@diosa_q : I love Subway too! Like Charmaine pointed out, I believe sandwiches can make a good healthy meal if you choose your components carefully. Just hold off the mayo. :D

@diosa_q: In the Bon Appetit Diet, sandwiches are not good for snacks, but as replacement for your main meals, let it be breakfast, lunch or dinner :)

I love the paninis in Seattle's Best and Figaro, when I used to frequent coffee shops with friends. But now I'm a fan of the BLT half-sub in Subway, especially since they have a promo for it for Php69 only :D
How can we fit in more sandwiches in our diet? I think they're handier to make for snacks and they sound like a good substitute for the usual rice meals :D
