Do you have a sweet tooth? What do you usually used to sweeten your food? Do you know that the best and most natural sweetener you can ever have can be found in your garden? Yes, the plant called Stevia. It has 0 calories, 0 Glycemic index which makes it good for diabetics too. You can use it in its leaf form or in its powder form available in supermarkets. Give it a try and go natural! |

I use stevia in my coffee. In one mug, one small sachet is good enough. I dont put creamer in my coffee anymore which i'm sure will add to more calories anyway. Can i drink green tea with stevia or is that a whole different atory?

Yes. There's this product called Stevita, it is in powdered spoonable form. But, if you can find fresh stevia leaves from some local organic farms like Green Grocer, that's better. Stevia is a natural sweetener. It contains no saccharin, aspartame, and other artificial chemicals that are used as sweetening agents in artificial sweeteners.
