is it ok to eat gindara fish fillet? I notice when i eat this fish, the effect is similar with taking xenical. I can see oil in my poo-poo the ff day. Is the oil in gindara considered healthy? Do you recommend eating gindara? |

Hi lusciousgrace!
It is definitely alright to eat gindara fish fillet. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, considered the "healthy fat", which help reduce your risk in developing heart diseases. Passing loose, oily stool the day after eating gindara is normal. You can avoid this by eating gindara together with other foods such as rice and vegetables. The fiber will help form and absorb the oil in your stool.
