I noticed that the meal plan only has 3 square meals. I'm only on my third day, but I noticed that I get hungry in between. What I do is eat the fruit that I'm supposed to be eating for either lunch or dinner.

What snacks are we allowed to have without compromising the diet?

Hi kayvs,

You can save some food items from your main meals to snack on in between meals, like yogurt or your fruit. If it's not enough, you can have vegetable sticks or a salad, since you can eat leafy vegetables as much as you want :)
