I did it! 2-3 lbs a week = 10 lbs weight lost in 1 month

Hello everyone!

I believe a lot of our dear members here are past their 1st month already.
So, as the program promised that you will be able to lose 1-2 and 2-3 lbs a week, I would like to ask you this question, WERE YOU ABLE TO LOSE 10 LBS IN 1 MONTH?

Yap, I lost 10 lbs in 1 month and still counting todate. It is because I am very much focused on my program; bcoz I really want to be slim and healthy. By following the meal plan and all the coaching sessions plus exercise, I wll be loosing more 10 lbs in the next couple of months.
