Hello! I will be starting my program next week and I just had a run through my week 1 meal plan. I don't eat beef. What can be a replacement for that?

I used cream dory fillet as it is easier to measure and cook. It was yummy. Tried using tilapia but can't find one that is 120 grams. The smallest I saw was 240 grams.

@stephaniereyes: You can grill the fish. Simplest will be using a grill-pan then cooking using a stove. :)

Thanks. Actually, I already tried this with tilapia fillet. And I liked it. I was just wondering if it would be better if I bake the whole fish instead of fillet. :)

You can also try lapu-lapu, labahita or cream dory. ;)
