Summer is here! Can you feel the heat already? :)

My name is Charmaine, and I am your Online Dietitian and Community Manager. I'm here to help you be successful on your weight loss goals and get you engaged to the community as well.

This forum thread is for everyone starting the program on March. It's where you can introduce yourself, meet new friends in the diet, and to support one another in trying times. I'd like this forum to be a safe space for all members to share their success and challenges in the program.

To succeed and reach your goals, I want you to follow the steps below. It only takes 5 minutes of your day to make a lifetime improvement for your well-being.

1. Read your session for the day and watch the video of the coach

2. Ask a question to the team of dietitians (click on "Tools" in the left column, and then "Personal Questions")

3. Take the time to refer to your shopping list and meal plans.

Get involved with your Group as well. Look for I'm Starting on Monday groups.

If you have any questions about the website, don't hesitate to post them here!

just restart AGAIN this week, and following the program for 1st week, im glad that this is my 4th day!!!!!! Hope to make it this time cause im gaining weight everyday without program to follow.

So far I have lost 2 lbs since Monday.

Btw, i reserve the fruits in my program for my snack since none was provided for us. Is this allowed? Will it hamper the maximum result?

I start today. I noticed the meal plan covers only the 3 main meals for the day. Can we have snacks in between the meals and what may we have. Thanks

My program has been starting since Monday, April 4, 2016 but I haven't done nor followed the program yet on account that I haven't had the time to do my shopping. Is there a way to restart or reset my program to next Monday, April 11, 2016, instead?

Hi Beth! I'm rooting for you to make it this time! You can replace kesong puti with cottage cheese or any low fat cheese available in the supermarket.

mine is restart program that i tried to start years ago and intend to make it seriously this time as I dont have a choice, im sooo big now.

I went through my meal plan and i found kesong puti to be one among my food. I havent seen one available in the groceries here in my place, can u recommend a replacement please?
