At the end of my first month, I hope to achieve the following:
1) Learn healthy ways of cooking new and exciting recipes
2) Gain a deeper understanding of nutrition by following thoroughly
3) Lose the extra weight (of course)

What are some of your goals for your first month?

HI Mai_jc! What are some of the goals you have set for yourself early into the program? Perhaps the plateau and weight gain are something you can take up with our team of dietitians. Feel free to use the personal questions tool to consult with them. Best of luck!

Unfortunately, i was not able to follow all the prescribed meals as written. Good thing though, i have establised discipline in my food intake, and become more more conscious. My weight went up again, not sure if that is because im nearing my period, some of my friends noticed that i lose weight already. Need help to motivate my self to exercise

It is indeed a common misconception that rice and eating dinner makes one fat. But, as victoriacastillo explained, rice is a good source of fiber and carbohydrates. As with skipping dinner, it is totally not encouraged because 1.) you drive your body in a "starvation" state, making it more efficient to store calories rather than burn them 2.) It will make you crave for unhealthy snacks at night 3.) It will make you weak in the morning

1. To fit in to my old fabulous clothes.
2. To be healthier.
3. To bring back the confidence I lost when I started gaining weight.
