I just follow the meal plan since last week and it really showed results. Regarding feeling restricted about food, it's ok to eat pizza and what everybody else eats once in a while but make sure you limit it. If i have to eat pizza, i choose the thin crust with very few toppings as possible and keep it to just 1 slice. Also, i include my husband and my daughter in my meal preparations so everyone at home so there's very little exposure to tempting unhealthy food at home. When you had a huge meal because of the holidays, make sure you make adjustments in the next few meals by skipping carbs or cutting down on your usual intake to even out the effect. Also, i think green tea helps. I drink hot green tea (with or without honey) at least twice a day before any heavy meal :)

How did you do that? 2.4 lbs in 4 days? I don't like to eat veggies forever! I like to live and eat a normal life- whenever somebody brings a pizza I would like to eat what everybodys eating. Dont like other people to look at me because Im eating a different kind of food. Actually this is a compliment for you. I'm really surprised and would like to know how are u doing so that you can share your experience to us. Thanks. :-q

I started with my lifestyle change second quarter this year and since then managed to lost 20lbs. I am down to my last 10 stubborn pounds off which is why i enlisted myself to the BAD diet. It's been 4 days since I started and i already shed off 2.4 lbs without any restrictive diet. In fact, i love my meal plans, it puts things in order like forcing you to have a serving of veggies and fruit in almost every meal :)
