7-11 introduced a new milk tea and it taste great :D . If i take it for my afternoon snack what do I give up in my meal for the day? Great I can take 2 milk teas a week ha, ha, ha. By the way what is better plain milk tea, with pearls or with coffee jelly?

Hi @miyawww31! Don't be too hard on yourself. It's alright to indulge on your favorite food once in a while. You just have to know the right portions and you can ask us, your dietitians, about it. We are always here to guide you. :)

Hi @akosiwanshishi! Popcorn is fine, they actually contain fiber and is low in calorie especially if it's plain. You can have the regular sized ones, pick your favorite flavor whether it be buttered, cheese or barbeque. Just don't indulge on it more than two times a week. :)

@ Suzzell: There is not much difference whether you choose a milk tea with rock salt and cheese or a milk tea with pudding. What's important is to keep milk tea consumption in moderation, and make the necessary substitutions as Laarni recommended. You can allow yourself a milk tea treat not more than two times a week.
