My First Week feedback

I lose only 2 lbs on my first week, but i feel lighter than before maybe because of the balanced meal plan from Bon Appetit and I also do Zumba in the morning sometimes in the afternoon too. I guess that really helps! Thanks to the Bon Appetit Team!

2 lbs per week is the maximum weight you can lose for healthy weight loss. Good job! :-q That just means you are more likely to keep the weight that you lost off. Always know that the team is here to help you. :)
