Hi. Is anyone here trying to conceive? Just want to ask if the diet (~900-1200cal) is actually a deterrent or will it help increase my chances due to low fat/sugar? Thanks! |

Hi. I have read an article stating that eating whole grains, beans, vegetables and whole fruits—all of which are good sources of slowly digested carbohydrates—can improve ovulation and your chances of getting pregnant. You can see lots of those in your meal plan. Just a side note: the rapid diet at 900 kcal/day is only advised for clients who gained weight or did not lose any weight within the week. It is strongly recommended to be followed for just 2 days, then the person may proceed with his/her normal calorie level. ;)
