don't know what happened, but couldn't find an apple cider vinegar in 2 supermarkets I went to... is it ok to use sugar cane vinegar instead? or what other alternative? thanks... | ||

Sugar cane vinegar is fine to use, although it is too sour to use on vegetable salads (except for cucumber salad). You can use balsamic vinegar and wine vinegar. Apple cider vinegar is often available at supermarkets like Savemore, Puregold, Shopwise and Rustan's
