Hi. I'm following a 1,200 cal meal plan. It's my first week this week...and it's quite a struggle 😅? especially with my breakfast which consist of tea and yoghurt or non-fat milk only. I'm used to having full breakfast.
My question is: Could I exchange my lunch or dinner meal plan with my breakfast meal plan? Or is it essential to stritly follow sequencing of food meal plan-- breakfast is breakfast, lunch is lunch, dinner is dinner meal?
Sorry. New to this and still adjusting.
Lastly, could I eat the fruit supposed to be for lunch or dinner and eat them as snacks in between meals?
