At the end of my first month, I hope to achieve the following: 1) Learn healthy ways of cooking new and exciting recipes 2) Gain a deeper understanding of nutrition by following thoroughly 3) Lose the extra weight (of course) What are some of your goals for your first month? |

Rice is a good source of fiber and carbohydrates. It's a misconception that rice makes you fat. Not eating rice may actually lead to weight gain because you'll tend to eat other types of food that are nutritionally worse or more calorie-dense than rice!

I never knew that one can eat rice and still loose weight. Its a lot of work to organize, shop, prepare and cook the meals and I have to admit I have not followed it to a T because of my busy schedule but Im still on the program and enjoying the food. I can't wait to get the pounds off.
