Bread!

I love bread! What kind of bread do you like, and where do you get your bread? I'm from the Metro Manila area, so these are my picks: - French Baker and Lartizan - their 100% whole-grain bread is my default bread, and their croissants are my favorite! I occasionally substitute a croissant for the 3 pieces of pandesal, like just this morning! - Pan de Manila and Pan de Amerikano - But I usually just eat one pandesal instead of the 3 prescribed in the meal plans, because it's so big! |

Hot pandesal from a nearby bakery. To get those, you have to be in line as early as 5 am, pero grabe worth it naman. It's kind of crisp on the outside, and chewy and buttery on the inside. And when you cut it in half using your hands, umuusok usok pa.
And also Breadtalk. I like their cheesy breads, especially the cheese naan
