I can't give up eating/drinking...

by laarni (Calamba), Team Member Posted on 04/03/2012 11:37 am

I can't give up drinking coffee. I feel weak when I didn't get my daily dose of caffeine. It lifts me up and keeps me going. While I can go without soft drinks even for a lifetime

How about you? What is that food you can't give up regardless if it will make you fat or not.

I am honestly confused about all these conflicting reports on the health benefits or disadvantages of coffee, so I figured I might as well be in the camp that's all for it. :-q

My main (and only) vice is hot coffee. it's okay for me to have it black. :)

Otherwise, my guilty pleasures actually hold no pleasure at all, just guilt -- I eat my son's leftovers from meals. Nakakapanghinayang kasi. It's bad habit, and I still have to keep reminding myself that my body isn't a trash can.

guilty pleasures.. non in particular but i think what is the most contributory in my weight gain is the non exercise plus wrong eating habit plus the weekend family date..

It is possible to drink coffee without sugar, especially is you truly appreciate the taste of coffee. We don't recommend 3-in-1 coffees as they are full of sugar. Instead, it is best to have brewed coffee or plain instant coffee, and just put nonfat milk as creamer, and stevia (a natural sweetener) or coco sugar for sweetness.

Can we drink 3-in-1 coffee? I think its impossible to drink coffee w/o sugar? Or is it better to replace sugar with Mascuvado?

Guilty pleasures.... junk food esp. Potato chips. Sweets like cakes, chocolates & ice cream. These are my comfort food esp during pms. :-O

@KittyCat28: I vote for wine! Chocolates and cakes, best consume in moderation :)

I think for me my guilty pleasures are chocolates, cakes and occasional cocktails/wine. Now that we're almost entering the holiday season....I wonder how I'll be able to give up feasting on my christmas favorites.
