Is it me or was there more than enough food to eat? Our cook said she followed the weight allowances pre-cooked and yet i wasnt able to finish everything. |

We often hear feedback from our clients that there seems to be quite a lot of food each meal. It seems so because these food items are nutrient-dense, especially the starches (bread and rice for example) and vegetables. These food items will easily fill you up because of the fiber they contain; but they have lesser calories compared to if you eat a piece of chocolate donut or a fast food meal. The important determinant of weight loss is if you achieved the recommended total calorie intake in a day, not how satiated or hungry you feel after a meal.
