hello, what's the best exercise for me? i gave birth about a year ago through cesarean section... |

Start slowly. Even a daily 30 minute walk is fine. That's also how *I* got started with exercise. :-q
You'll also need the slow start so you can also monitor how well your C-section is responding. At least you'll know your threshold.

YOu can always ask your OB which exercises are OK for you.
I also underwent CS last Oct. 2010. After 6 months, I asked my OB if I could already do some jogging and she said yes. So better ask your OB first.
