Im so excited.. on my First DAY

Is it okay for the replacement of herbal tea a brand of LIPTON CLEAR and GREEN or is it okay if its GUYABANO fresh leaves boiled into water? hope this diet would help me to achieve my ideal WEIGHT.....Aja!!! |

@ maimaipao: That's a very good question. There are no studies yet that prove stevia to be harmful in humans, given the amount that can be regularly consumed in a day. Compared to aspartame and saccharin, which are artificial sweeteners, stevia is relatively much safer to use. Of course, always practice moderation.

Hello, I found Sweet & Fit earlier when I visited the grocery. I just noticed that it's not for pregnant or lactating women. Also, I've been seeing negative comments about its healthiness when I was browsing through the net. Is stevia really safe?

Hello, I'm not sure kung natanong na ito. Saan nakakabili ng stevie tsaka mga how much? puro coco sugar nakikita ko sa grocery eh
