Coffee is very important to me to start my day but i dont like pure coffee only.. I like it to have at least creamer.. Can i use 3-in-1 instead?! But it has sugar in it.. Or may be the 2-in-1 coffee without sugar?! I will start this monday april 22, and im completing my grocery list.. Also what can use as substitute for kesong puti? Becoz im here in saudi some items are not here.. Thank you |

@Gracedr: Your snacks should still be part of the day's meal plan. For example, you have to eat 1 banana and 1 yogurt for lunch. You can save them for later and have them as your merienda.
If you want something else, please refer to the List of Food Equivalences in the Bonus section and then make the adjustments to the rest of your meal (eating less rice, removing fruit, etc.). If you need further help, please ask our team of licensed nutritionist-dietitians through the Personal Questions tool. :)

Hi @Omai1130! I better prefer that you use black coffee with artificial sweeteners like stevia, Splenda or Equal and just use your nonfat milk instead of creamer, it's has more nutrients and less in fat. Also, you may substitute any kind of low-fat cheese with kesong puti. :)
