Avocado is in season. How much of it can i substitute with apple/banana/ponkan? |

You can add your dairy portion (milk) to your avocado serving. That's how we usually do it, right. ;) yum yum.

avocado is actually more of fat than fruit. Though considered as fat, it is loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids that's good for the heart. You can have 1 slice or up to 5 tablespoons to substitute for a fruit serving.
