I haven't been fully commited to the meal plans but I've tried my best to stick to the structure plan that's given and cooked the recipes just as said. I'm now on my third week and I find that my food choices have changed, I do not eat chips or chocolate. Even when I do start to think of getting a donut, a bag of my favorite chips or something really unhealthy to finish in one sitting, I end up taking my fruit and dairy allowance that I haven't taken in the previous meal for snacking. I've found that I have not been eating random food without really taking a few mins to think about it. I constantly change my mind and make the right choice eventually. I haven't weighed myself (our weighing scale is old and broken and I have yet to get a new one), so I'm not sure if I've lost any weight at all. But I do feel as though the some of the clothes I have aren't exactly loose but they're fitting a little better than before I started. :) |

Hi @janasabs! I am very happy to know your achievements. Kudos to you! :-q Weighing yourself is not the only way to measure if you have shed those pounds. If you have a tape measure, you can also measure your waist, hips, arms and thighs. Also, learning how to sustain your healthy eating habits and make the right choices for yourself are some of the important things you'll get from this program. You are on the right track. Keep it up!
