I bought Wild Garden Hummus Dip (creamy garbanzo bean dip, sundried tomato with olive oil) from Healthy Options last month but haven't used it yet. Can I use Hummus in my program? Which food/meal can I use to replace? |

@diparcia: wow I heard their hummus dip is really good! You can replace your homemade vinaigrette with hummus dip for your vegetable salad :) You can also have it with pita bread, but pita bread accounts for a serving of rice.

Just saw on Rachael Ray, she used edamame instead of chickpeas for her hummus. Nice way to cut carbs in a still tasty way. :-q
