Hi. I am about to start on my meal plan on monday (15 april) and saw that there are no options for snacks whih would be very hard for me as my hunger pangs really peak at around 4pm. If i don't eat i normally get really dizzy and weak.

What are your suggestions on how to counter this and how can i tide my hunger over should it hit in betwee meals?
