What's your favorite guilty pleasure?

Mine would be nutella, anything with cream cheese and when I am stressed, noodles or Ramen. I eat a lot of these stuff when I am really stressed. Huhu! |

As far as guilty pleasures go, then it's surely JUNK FOOD for me.
Specifically crunchy Cheetos, original Ruffles, and Fritos Honey & BBQ.
There is no redeeming nutritional value in junk food. At least ice cream kinda has dairy, and steak has iron and protein.. :)))))

@ juneebelle: You can have a reasonable, small portion, maybe just one or two bites. If it's like crispy pata, for example, scrape away the fat, and just get a teeny sliver of the skin if you must!
And it's very much in Pinoy culture to encourage others to eat, even when you say you're on a diet. You really must assert yourself, and make others respect your decision. If other people try to shove food onto your plate, say "thank you, but no thank you" and cover your plate if you must!
