Hello! I've set myself some diet goals, mainly:
1. No refined carbs at breakfast
2. Dessert only 3 days a week.

So far, I just declared it on my Facebook, and I have to say sticking to it for one week really worked! Now, I'll go a step further by creating this group. I would appreciate it if you can join, and I also encourage you to participate, if you also would like to eat and choose the right carbohydrates. It doesn't have to be the same challenges, you can make your own!
